This report examines CLEC capital expenditure 2005-2011. The report examines how CLECs allocate capital investment for operating equipment, network infrastructure, property as well as operational support systems (OSS) and billing. Data is broken down by type and nature of expenditure, and used to parse out trends and forecast what investments competitive carriers are likely to make.
